Designer Concrete Creations of Florida traces its roots back to a small painting company John started  in San Diego, CA in 1984.  One of our first loyal customers was renowned interior designer, Marsha Paine, ASID, who approached us  for some custom work involving concrete fabrication, and coatings.  Out of this custom work grew our passion for concrete as a medium for custom designer items.

As our passion grew, we sought out special training.  We were fortunate to have the opportunity to study with pioneers of our industry such as Fu Tung Cheng.

John Cowger relocated his business to Florida in 1991, and then to the Vero Beach area in 2006.  Each move helped to reinforce the companies focus and expertise in the decorative use of concrete as an option in the design process.  DCCFY continues to hone it’s craft, and broaden it’s vision with respect to the ways concrete can be used to enhance your work or living space.

Designer Concrete believes the key to success in our industry is in the preparation  (PINO = Preparation Is Number One.)  Of course clients also notice that John’s teams always operates in a most professional manner.
